I am new in town and I needed a doctor but when I met Dr. Shauna, she is so sweet and very good. She knows what she is doing. Anytime I will come back to Honolulu and I need Dr I know I already have one. She is the best. She has time for you and all the questions. I will recommend Dr Shauna to everyone. She is the best.

Dr. Raboteau is an intelligent, kind-hearted, educated, professional. She possesses incredible skill and genuine passion for her work and her patients. I highly recommend her, I have moved my college- aged kids to her clinic, my only problem is that I didn’t find her sooner! Mahalo nui, Dr. Raboteau, our ‘ohana appreciates you so much!

Osteopathic treatments appear to be a dying art. However, not with Dr. Raboteau!!! She’s truly gifted with intuitively knowing how to give soft, gentle soft tissue manipulation. I deal with chronic painful cervical & pelvic issues for many years. Finding the appropriate treatment which works for my body has been a frustrating journey to say the least. Doctors wanting to order more tests, x-rays, mri’s, etc. In order to justify their billing and not really listening to my concerns… as they “ know better than me” ??!! This may sound strange to some… but, I think many others may get this. Especially, those who are sensitive and deal with chronic pain. I felt so held in love while receiving sacral/cranial treatments from Dr. Raboteau. Stuck fascia is relaxing & releasing. I’m experiencing more movement & less tension. This is definitely not a overnight process and I am definitely a work in progress in my healing process. If you’re seeking to manage your chronic pain issues and want results without BS book an appointment with Dr. Raboteau. You won’t be disappointed. We need more doctors like her! I can’t say enough how glad that I am that I found her.

I needed a new PCP (mine had retired), and a friend had recommended Dr. Raboteau. Her office is conveniently located in town, easy to find, and super clean. I am so glad to have found this PCP - she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. I rarely post reviews, but I would highly recommend her if you're looking for quality care! I also love that they are efficient with their scheduling so I'm not waiting forever for my appointments in the waiting room!

Dr. Shauna Raboteau, such a Sweet Gentle Caring Doctor, she's Incredible !! She goes the extra mile everytime I've needed her care, advice or recommendation.  She always ensures I'm properly informed and I understand all I need to know regarding my health and care. She takes a more personal, deeper connection approach,  she really cares about you as an individual. She's a Doctor that Cares with Understanding Grace and Kindness. I very very Highly Recommend her. Thank you sooo much Dr. Shauna Raboteau, for your Genuine Quality Warmhearted Care for me !! She's definitely the kind of Doctor we all want and desire to care for us, especially in these very, very distressing times♡.

Dr. Raboteau has been my physician for several years now and I can honestly say.......she's simply the BEST. I remember shopping around jumping from doctor to doctor, going through my insurance like the yellow pages. What a nightmare. My old PCP retired and I just had a difficult time finding the same level of high quality medical care I had become accustomed to. It was my wife who first stumbled on Dr. Raboteau. She had such high praises for her, it actually made me a bit skeptical. Since I didn't have a solid relationship with any doctor at the time, I decided to find out for myself. OMG, what a blessing! Yes, Dr. Raboteau is a gifted clinician and extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly, she is kind-hearted. She genuinely cares about her patients and her compassion is unparalleled. This is what separates her head and shoulders above other physicians. It brought back that same level of high quality healthcare I was familiar with and is what makes Dr. Shauna Raboteau my trusted PCP.

Dr. Shauna Raboteau at Healing Tides Primary Care is wonderful. She, as well as the clinic atmosphere, is very welcoming and warm. She spent a substantial amount of time with me genuinely listening to my concerns and opinions. I love the holistic approach of her clinic. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Raboteau is the best doctor I have ever met. She is the ideal of what a doctor should be and the type of doctor patients hope to encounter. Besides being professional and experienced, she exudes genuine warmth and care for her patients. When I experienced unexpected health problems that left me panicked, it was hard to find doctors that served with aloha. They always seemed to be in a hurry, or reluctant to answer questions and explain more about issues I was facing. This is unfortunate because when patients visit doctors, it is often because they are worried about a health issue. Feeling rushed or brushed off adds to the distress. Encountering doctors that lead with compassion and a desire to educate their patients is rare to find. Being referred to Dr. Raboteau has been an incredible blessing. She is refreshing and sets the bar high. She patiently welcomes questions, listens and explains about my health in terms that I can understand. It is clear that she is someone passionate about what she does and the people she cares for. "Healing Tides" - the name of her practice - is true to my experience there. From the moment I step into her office, I experience calm and positive energy. Every interaction with her leaves me feeling hopeful, grateful...and even motivated to be a better person because of how kind she is! Thanks to my four visits with Dr. Raboteau in the past 1.5 years, I have gained healthcare I need, insight into how I can take better care of myself and a doctor whom I trust. I feel like a healthier, more whole person. From being someone that dreads seeing doctors, my experiences at Healing Tides has refreshed my views: I actually look forward to getting health check ups now! It is because I know that I am in great hands! Dr. Raboteau is a gem - it is no wonder she has a 5 star review (even though she definitely exceeds that!) Mahalo, Dr. Raboteau! :)

I was very fortunate to have found Dr. Raboteau before she moved to private practice, and have now been her loyal patient for years. Dr. Shauna is compassionate and kind. She has always made me feel comfortable discussing my health and treatment. She takes her time with me and I feel known and seen, which is amazing to have in a doctor! She is also very skilled in OMT (Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy) which has been great for helping me with pain from old injuries. Amazing side note: Dr. Shauna completed a tribal medicine residency, which helps me feel at ease discussing traditional and other healing modalities with her, too.

Dr. Raboteau provides excellent individualized care along with a personalized and sensitive bedside manner. She will always answer every question, refer when necessary and follow up with all diagnostics. I know my health is in good hands in her care.
